Swiss public service broadcaster

We were appointed by the Swiss public service broadcaster

Schweizer Fernsehen (SF) to redesign their corporate

identity. We simplified the existing, complex palette of

corporate colours and created a new logo, using red as the

national colour of Switzerland. SF 1 is SF’s flagship

channel.

We created a range of idents for the channel based on the

idea of ‘coming together as one’. The sequences were all

shot on location in Switzerland. We recommended

changing the name SF 2 to SF Zwei, distinguishing it

instantly from SF 1. A series of idents were created around

the idea ‘always two’.

A unique form of invision editing was used to reveal two

sequences simultaneously.
